Bucky Richardson was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA. He attended Texas A&M University from 1987-1991 and earned a degree in Sports Mgmt. Bucky played QB on the Texas A&M football team. He was drafted by the Houston Oilers in 1992 where he played from 1992-1994. He is now a partner with Environmental Improvements, Inc., where he has worked since 1997. EI2 is a manufacturer’s rep in the water and wastewater treatment industry specializing in municipal sales.
Bucky has been actively involved in youth sports for 5 years coaching football and baseball.
Gary Remy was born in Del Rio, Texas and has lived in Houston since 1983. Gary received his degree from Texas A&M University in 1989. Currently he is the President of Bizopia, a Web Design and Search Engine Marketing company. Bizopia provides web design services to FBYSA free of charge. He has had businesses in the Internet industry since 1997. http://www.linkedin.com/in/garyremy. Gary has been involved in youth sports for 12 years coaching soccer, baseball, basketball, and football.
Greg Bowen grew up in Coleman, TX and has lived in the Houston area since 1986. Greg is currently loan officer with Network Funding. He has been involved in all aspects of the financial services business the past 24 years as a bond broker, energy trader, and now a loan officer. Greg also coached HS football for two years from 1995-1997 at Alief Elsik and La Marque HS. He was a freshmen and assistant coach on the 1996 4-A state-championship La Marque team.
Greg has been involved in youth sports since 2001 and has coached football, basketball, and baseball. He coached 5 years in the FBYFL with the New Territory Knights from 2005-2009 and is now on the board of the Gridiron League to help in coaching training.
Greg attended Texas A&M University earning a BS in Petroleum Eng in 1986 with a masters in Education at the University of Houston in 1995.
Rich Muller grew up in Covington, LA and has lived in Houston since 1997. Rich is a partner in the law firm of Allen Boone Humphries Robinson, which focuses on public law and finance, particularly as it relates to residential and commercial real estate development. Rich is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Louisiana.
ABHR provides legal services to FBYSA free of charge.
Rich attended Georgetown University in Washington, DC, where he earned his degree in Foreign Service and was a four-year letterman on the football team. He returned to Louisiana and earned his JD from LSU’s Hebert Law Center. After law school, Rich worked for Vinson & Elkins for six years before leaving to help start ABHR in 2003.
Rich has been involved in youth sports since 2005, including 4 seasons coaching youth football.
John Flannery was born and raised in Pottsville, PA and has been a resident of Texas since 1991. Upon graduating from Pottsville High School in 1986, John attended Syracuse University on a football scholarship earning All-American honors during his senior season in 1991. John enjoyed a nine-year NFL career after being drafted by the Houston Oilers in the second round of the 1991 draft. After his stints with the Oilers and the Dallas Cowboys, John retired from the NFL in 2000 as a member of the Super Bowl Champions, the St. Louis Rams.
Since retiring from the NFL, John has been actively involved in youth athletics serving as a coach and administrator for various baseball and football Leagues. Currently he is employed by Shaw Energy & Chemicals, which is an engineering and construction firm that designs Refineries and Petrochemical Plants throughout the World.
John has a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in Political Science. Today he lives in Greatwood with his wife of 18 years and three children.
Larry Shultz was born in Houston, Texas and has lived in Sugar Land since 1979. He has been married for 14 years and has 3 children ages 12, 11 and 8.
Larry has been in the Home Medical Equipment business for the past 20 years and has owned his own business for the past 12 years called SOS Medical Supplies. For the past 2 years, he has been a Board Member for the MUD #106 in Fort Bend County.
Larry has been involved in youth sports since 2005 coaching little league and select baseball, as well as youth football.
